It is sound proof so if you want to embed this into a rainforest block you can reduce the environmental impacts.
The structure is extremely well tied to the subfloor and completely cyclone-proof when the right window shutters are fitted. An important aspect to consider is that if a home lasts for a hundred years, its ongoing energy efficiency becomes far more meaningful than the amount of CO2 emitted during construction.

OUR RESPONSE TO CLIMATE CHANGE
After experiencing TC Jasper in our region in December 2023 the drive to be able to offer fast response solutions to waste management and housing has increased 10 fold. Our cluster of micro factories offer permanent and quality passive housing, we also have another micro factory that will process contaminated waste including Hospital waste, Tyre and the other 3 plastics while turning the input into a high value output that helps with soil regeneration and supplying sustainable bio oils.
One of our cluster micro factories remove 13 tonnes of Plastic and residual waste from landfill per week.
We are developing an economic model that will help with re-indiginisation globally, not just in Australia.
