LEAN manufacutring with Industry 5.0 jobs as we change the building industry and accelerate Regenerative Agriculture in our region with Biochar soil trials to get students interested in Science as well.  We need lots of agronomists to help with better soil science to make all food organic, biodynamic = full of nutrients.
